Walking Lunge

  • Step 1

    Walking Lunge - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with a dumbbell in each hand and your arms hanging at your sides.

  • Step 2

    Walking Lunge - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Step into a forward lunge with your left foot, bending your knee at a 90 degree angle.

  • Step 3

    Walking Lunge - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Step up with your right foot and bring it forward into a lunge. Keep your back straight and eyes focused forward as you step.
