Wall Squat

Don't be fooled - this supported squat will build strength in your lower body.

  • Step 1

    Wall Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your back resting against a wall.

  • Step 2

    Wall Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Bend your knees to slowly lower your body until your knees are at a 90 degree angle with the floor. Hold.

  • Step 3

    Wall Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Slowly return to the starting position after the alloted time.
