A great exercise to work your chest, back, and shoulders all in one.

  • Step 1

    Wide Grip Pull Up - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Take a wide, overhand grip on the pull up bar with your arms fully extended.

  • Step 2

    Wide Grip Pull Up - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Pull your body up, bending at the elbows, until your chin is above the bar.

  • Step 3

    Wide Grip Pull Up - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Lower yourself until your arms are fully extended and repeat for the desired number of reps.
