    How lame is that! That's not a real two finger pushup. That's a finger and a thumb, and your thumbs are way stronger and you can put way more weight onto them. With barely any training I can blast thumb and one finger pushups any time but true two finger pushups are what the Shaolin Monks do, index and middle fingers on both or one hand.

    On top of the fact that this isn't even on the right type of pushup.... what a ****** explanation of how to do them...

    Well yes... if it was that easy then you wouldn't have to tell people how to do it....
