The human body is a mysterious thing. You cannot shed fat or burn calories from a specific area without burning calories from other areas as well. Fat is shed in unison throughout your body as you progress through your workout routine.
There is simply no way to lose weight from a specific part of your body. If you are burning calories, they are being burned from your body’s entire fat supply.
