Michael Boyle is one of the foremost experts in the fields of Strength and Conditioning, Functional Training and general fitness. He currently spends his time lecturing, teaching, training and writing. In 1996 Michael co founded Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, one of the first for-profit strength and conditioning companies in the world. Prior to Co- founding Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Michael served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Boston University for 15 years, also for the past 25 years he has been the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men's Ice Hockey at Boston University. Mike also was the Boston Red Sox strength and conditioning coach in 2013 that won the World Series. In addition to his duties at Boston University and the Red Sox, from 1991-1999 Boyle served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League. Michael was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 1998 US Women's Olympic Ice Hockey Team, Gold Medalists in Nagano and 2014 Silver medalists in Sochi, and served as a consultant in the development of the USA Hockey National Team Development Program in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The Membership includes a new phase every month, with updated, modified, and progressed exercise. In addition to training, the membership also includes nutrition advice and a platform to directly connect with MBSC’s top coaches to answer all of your questions.
How does joining the group differ from purchasing an individual program?
In purchasing a single program, the program changes and progresses every month, but it is only 12 weeks worth of programming. With the membership, you are receiving a new program every month for the entire year. Along with receiving a new program, we will be posting different articles/videos/links weekly, providing educational information on nutrition, proper exercise technique, etc.
Where do I access this program?
Visit the App Store on your iPhone or Android and search “Exercise.com”. There you can download the mobile app, sign in, and find your purchased program.
I already bought the 12 Week Fat Loss Program, and am concerned about repeating the first 12 weeks. Is it possible to start on Week 13?
Absolutely! For members who have already purchased our programming, if requested we will start them on the next phase of programming. We do however encourage clients, especially those who have been removed from our programming for a little while, to revisit phases 1 through 3 as it creates a good opportunity to re-accilmate to the demands of exercise.
If I have specific questions, will there be a place to message you guys?
Included within the group is a message board where you can post questions. All of those questions will be answered each week, Friday at the latest.
