A calendar-based workout is great for clients that can only workout on specific days or need to have a more flexible schedule.
It is simple for you to change workouts for a given date, and you can make adjustments on the fly.
Here’s how to set up a calendar-based plan, start from the Plans tab of your Trainer Dashboard:
Step 1: Start from the “Plans” tab on your Trainer Dashboard.
Step 2: Create a new plan.
Step 3: Fill in the information. Then choose your Scheduling Type: “Calendar-Based.”
Step 4: Select the correct start date and save changes.
Now you’re ready to go!
