This plan is extremely detailed and outlined so that you can take the program and immediately see results. This program is for beginners, but it will not be "easy". You will need a pair of medium weighted dumbbells (guys:20-25# girls: 15-20#), a pull-up bar that can be inserted in a door and some other items from around the house and you will be set!
