About Barrett

Barrett Stover received a Master’s of Sports Performance at Louisiana Tech University, where he assisted with baseball research and the strength and conditioning program for the baseball team. After an accomplished baseball career at South Carolina-Upstate, his passion for sports is now fulfilled by helping athletes achieve their full potential. Barrett, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), has a diverse background having worked with athletes from the high school level to the professional level. He has also had the opportunity to learn from some of the best minds in the industry today like Chuck Wolf, world renown biomechanist, and Dr. David Szymanski, vice president of the NSCA and well known for his baseball research. Barrett spent 4 years as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at The Florida Institute of Performance in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida under David Donatucci. During his time at FIP, Barrett was fortunate to work with athletes of all levels, including Brooks Koepka, Daniel Berger, Michelle Wie, Rick Ankiel, Peter Uihlein, and Derek Dietrich. Barrett is now fulfilling his secondary dream of opening a sports performance training facility, Revolution Sports Performance, with the goal of helping each athlete reach their full potential in their sport.
