This challenging push up variation strengthens wrists and hands while building upper body strength.

  • Step 1

    Fingertip Pushup - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Start on your hands and knees with fingertips on the floor.

  • Step 2

    Fingertip Pushup - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Extend your hips to a full pushup position, easing the weight on to your feet and fingertips.

  • Step 3

    Fingertip Pushup - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Do your pushups in standard form, but on your fingertips instead of on your hands.
