Palms Down Machine Flyes
A great way to isolate your pectoral muscles.

Step 1
Begin seated with your back to the machine and grab the handlebars with your palms facing down.

Step 2
Align the handles at your sides and bring your arms straight out to your sides.

Step 3
Bring the bars back to starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
