The trx plank is a calisthenics and alternative exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the shoulders, triceps, lower back, and hip flexors.

The only trx plank equipment that you really need is the following: trx suspension. There are however many different trx plank variations that you can try out that may require different types of trx plank equipment or maye even require no equipment at all.
