Exercise Ball Ab Routine

This routine combines exercises that work your upper abs, obliques and the deep transverse abdominals to finally give you the abs you always dreamed of!

Want to view your routine on TV? Not a problem - connecting your computer to your TV is easy!

You can either use a simple PC/Mac to TV converter, or a basic cable (depending on your computer and TV). Once you have them connected, go to your computer display settings and set up your TV as a monitor! (For PC: Start > Control Panel > Display. For Mac: Apple Menu > System Preferences > Displays)
