Stairmaster

A Stairmaster, also called a stair climber, is a piece of gym equipment with two pedals and two handles. Participants pedal and push the handles back and forth for a moderate to highly intensive cardio workout that builds endurance and burns calories while providing some weight resistance. Participants may build muscle tone, as the Stairmaster can work most muscle groups in the body.
