Just a quick update from the WeightTraining.com team: We’ve got some exciting new features to simplify the workout logging process even more! These two additions will make switching up your workout routine a breeze. Read on for details:

One-click “Log this Workout” on Workout Plans

Everyone can now copy any workout from a workout plan (Free workout plans only for non-PRO members) on the site into the logger with a single click using the “Log this Workout” button located underneath the workout itself.

This is a free feature that will make it easy for you to log workouts from more than one workout plan, so you’re not just stuck following one plan all the time. No more excuses for not throwing in a little variety once in a while! 🙂 See the picture below:

One-click “Log this Workout” in the Activity Feed

This one is for the PRO members! Ever seen someone’s workout in the activity feed and wondered if you could keep up with them in the gym? Now with one click, you can add their exact workout (sets, reps, weight, and rest times) into the workout logger.

This might be the perfect strategy for making sure your opponent has no advantages over you in a fitness battle! Copy what they do, then add your own exercises into the mix and guarantee yourself victory! All you have to do then is make sure you do the work!
