Alvita Tea Benefits

As with supplements, you need to understand that some of the claims made by most of these teas are just that, claims. There have been no clinical studies conducted to determine the benefits of these teas.

A noted exception is green tea. There have been many small studies on the benefits of green tea and at the very least has been proven to provide general good health benefits. Many people use green tea to help them relax; however, traditional green tea does have caffeine.

One of the claims for Catnip Tea is that it can reduce menstrual cramping. Dandelion Root Tea is said to strengthen the gallbladder and the liver. Spearmint Leaf Tea supposedly reduces heartburn and increases the ability to think clearly. None of these claims are supported in study.

One of the problems that you will discover as you review each of the Alvita teas is that they are very vague about any possible benefits there may be when drinking the tea.

While the upside here is that they don’t make any wild claims, the downside is that “general health benefits” isn’t going to help you make a decision about which tea to buy. That is why you may need to do what we did and look online for the purported benefits of each type of tea.

If you like to know a little history on the main ingredient in your teas then you will be pleased by the Alvita descriptions. They describe the look of the main ingredient, where it comes from and how long it’s been used.
