Body FX Products

Although Body FX products are generally sold as diet supplements, these products are not ingestible. In fact, these are topical supplements, meaning that they are lotions that allow your skin to absorb the necessary vitamins and minerals and send them to the muscles.

This is actually quite ingenious as new studies are showing that topical creams and transdermal patches are an excellent way to dispense medicine directly to the needed area. Instead of a pill having to go through the digestive system, it is applied in the location it is needed and that’s all there is to it.

It is important to note that while studies do support the use of topical creams for medicinal purposes, these studies were not based on Body FX products. These studies only speak to the possibility that topical creams may provide a better benefit than taking a supplement in pill or powder form.

Body FX has three topical cream products. They are:

AB-FX is designed specifically to target abdominal fat. Ten minutes before you workout you should apply AB-FX to the belly. According to the manufacturer instructions, the AB-FX mobilizes fat and makes the skin look and feel smoother and firmer. The claim is that the fat is moved away from the abdomen and when you workout you have an easier time eliminating that fat. According to the instructions, if you don’t exercise then the fat will settle back into the stomach.

Pump-FX claims to provide you with an increased muscle response when you work out. This supposedly allows you to work out longer with a heavier load while experiencing larger pumps in the process. It also warms the skin to reduce muscle aches and pain after a workout.

Tone-FX is supposed to help firm up the skin. In addition, the claim is that it will accelerate the fat loss process while you workout. The claim for this product is similar to the claims about AB-FX, however, this product is designed to go on your glutes, abs, hips, thighs and more.

All three of these products are in 8oz sizes and the prices range from $25 to $35.

Body FX Final Breakdown

While it is uncertain whether or not the products by Body FX actually work, they do have the right idea in terms of topical creams. However, the AB-FX actually claims that the cream may burn upon application and that it will leave your skin feeling irritated after use. In addition, it recommends washing it off immediately after application, which opens up some questions about the safety of the product.

The products are designed for both men and women and while you will find that many websites promote them as bodybuilding products, it is certainly feasible to suggest that men and women who want to get rid of some extra fat could try these products as well.

We suggest you ask online forums from a website that are not affiliated with Body FX to determine the validity of the claims made about these products. To compare Body FX products right now, just go to supplement finder provided.
