Centrum Ultra Women’s is designed, as the name suggests, specifically for the way a woman’s body functions. Some of the claims that Centurm claims for this product is that it aids in:

• Providing necessary nutrients

Centrum Ultra Men’s has the same claim that Centrum Ultra Women’s has, except it is designed for the nutrients most needed by men.

Centrum Silver is a vitamin series that is designed for people over the age of 50. Centrum claims that Centrum Silver aids in:

• Heart Health
• Energy

Centrum Silver Ultra Men’s and Centrum Silver Ultra Women’s have the same benefits with the exception that the men’s formulation is designed for the nutrients needed for men and the women’s is designed for women. The benefits Centrum assigns to Centrum Silver Men and Women are:

Centrum Cardio has a focus on maintaining a healthy heart. The claimed benefits for this product are:

This product is a chewable vitamin and is available in cherry, orange and fruit punch flavors.

Centrum Science

You might be surprised to learn that Centrum products don’t have tons of studies done on them. Pfizer is one of a few drug companies that actually sell a few supplements, but they still don’t want to spend money on studies.

It is important to note that Centrum makes quality vitamin products that are filled with vitamins and minerals essential to a healthy mind and body, so you are doing your body good by taking a Centrum multivitamin. However, where things get a little fuzzy is when you consider some of the other ingredients found in Centrum products. For example, Centrum Performance includes Ginseng, which has not shown any significant benefits in studies.
