Dynakor Pharmacal Diet Supplements

Dynakor Pharmacal Akavar 20/50 diet supplement allegedly helps people lose weight without having to diet or change their normal lifestyles. Users simply take two pills before a meal and they lose weight effortlessly. This pill is supposed to be so good that the website bills it as a "European Miracle Pill".

The Dynakor Pharmacal Akavar diet supplement contains Yerba Mate and green tea, both of which are known to speed up your metabolism.  Ginger root is another ingredient, possibly included to prevent nausea from the caffeine contained in the pills.

The Akavar 20/50 website and marketing materials make plenty of other significant claims regarding their product including that's it has been clinically tested, verified, and the results published. Dynakor Pharmacal offers no proof of such studies.

Dynakor Pharmacal also states that the compound in the Akavar supplement works automatically with no need for the consumer to count calories or adjust their diet.  Several positive customer reviews were found for this product.

The Formula 9 diet supplement by Dynakor Pharmacal is described as giving an energy boost, and as unsuitable for persons sensitive to caffeine.  Ingredients include green coffee bean, rhodolia, green tea, and a variety of amino acids.

Dynakor Pharmacal Legal Problems

Dynakor Pharmacal and the nine other DBAs used by Basic Research are all companies owned by a group headed by Mr. Daniel Mowrey and Mr. Mitchell Friedlander. These two gentlemen have faced legal action regrading their products and marketing for more than 20 years.

  • Most significant is Mowrey's claim on previous occasions that he is a medical doctor. Mr. Mowrey has been sued several times, as well as ordered by the FTC to refrain from making this claim because he is not, in fact, a doctor.
  • In 2008, Dynakor Pharmacal was hit with an FTC lawsuit alleging that its marketing was laden with false statements and purposely misleading information. For example, the Akavar supplement is alleged to be a European compound brought to the states. The truth is, Akavar 20/50 was invented in a lab in Utah.
  • In 2009, the FTC ruled against the company in a separate action to force them to stop making false claims. Unfortunately, one look at the Akavar 20/50 website makes it plain to see that Dynakor Pharmacal persists in its baseless and wild claims.

Not surprisingly, class action lawsuits go back even further with Dynakor Pharmacal. In 2004 they were sued over claims and marketing for their weight loss products sold under the names Anorex, Cutting Gel, Dermalin, Leptoprin, and Pedialean. In every case the complaints were the same, and in every case the company continued to conduct business as usual.

Dynakor Pharmacal Quality or Lack Thereof

With a company as blatantly dishonest as this one, there's no doubt consumers should stay away. Even if Dynakor Pharmacal products do work as advertised, the fact that they have been the subject of countless litigation yet have refused to submit to the legal judgments against them makes it hard to trust Dynakor Pharmacal enough to put their products in your body.

It is highly suspicious when any company uses so many DBAs but does not make information about itself freely available. From a marketing standpoint this is opposite of the norm- if you have a business and a product to sell, you make sure the whole world knows about it. Dynakor Pharmacal and Basic Research seem to go out of their way to avoid any attention.

Finally, as many have learned through years of experience and wasted dollars, when a diet supplement maker promises a "miracle pill" it is too good to be true. Scientific data simply does not support the idea of weight loss without altering one's diet and getting some exercise
