ErgoGenix Quantum Body Method

The idea developed by Mr. Hatch and the ErgoGenix team is broken down into four objectives. Makers of the product promise that the combination will surprise and shock the muscles as you perform new exercises and make changes to the routine. Four points to remember about the Quantum Body Method are:

  • Every Routine has a Strategic Plan
  • Flexibility is a Bonus Result
  • Pre Exhaustion is Key
  • Maximize Muscle Gain, Burn Body Fat

The system helps to build stamina and endurance with muscle focus, volume, control, contractions and confusion.

ErgoGenix Products

ErgoBurn is a thermogenic that increases the metabolic rate with stimulants such as green coffee bean extract, ketone, zingerone caffeine and a form of geranium oil called dimethylpentylamine. The product also has the B vitamin thiamine and fursultiamine, a compound that extends your energy level. This product promises to improve thyroid function and enhance the consumption of oxygen by muscle cells. ErgoBurn is also supposed to decrease your appetite while improving your mental.

This choice is available in capsule form with 28 capsules per package. Directions call for one to three capsules up to three times per day. They recommend you start with a low dose and graduate to more. It is not recommended for people with many conditions such as high blood pressure, and kidney disease.

ErgoPump has properties that perform like vasodilators while producing nitric oxide for muscle stamina. This formula also has dimethylpentylamine and grape seed extract. Creatine citrate taps into the infrastructure of the muscles for stored energy. Dextrose taps in to glycolysis function for the anaerobic and aerobic process.

Mix one scoop of ErgoPump with an eight to ten ounce glass of water. Then drink it 20 to 30 minutes before your workout. A jar has 40 servings in fruit punch.

AfterMath is an anabolic whey protein and L-leucine blend that is intended to repair muscles during the recovery process after a workout. The insulinogenic secretagogue formula increases the body’s insulin level to help replenish the muscles while inhibiting the process of muscle breakdown after workouts.

Weight lifting uses a lot of carbohydrate glucose which has to be replenished. AfterMath also has an antioxidant for recovery and possible cell damage.

Directions for AfterMath suggest you add a packet to a glass or shaker bottle that holds 10 to 12 ounces. The product is sweetened with sucralose and contains milk and soy derivatives. It is sold in boxes of 20 pouches in fruit punch flavor.

ErgoGenix Reviews

Critics say ErgoBurn is good for someone who is already in shape and need a pre workout boost. Reported side effects include blood pressure spikes, nausea, jitters, or a headache.

Many consumers claim AfterMath helped them with their muscle recovery. Not everyone likes the fruit punch taste.

ErgoPump users complained of the foam they experienced on the top of the drink, although they enjoyed the fruit punch taste. Some reviewers felt a difference in their endurance whereas others said they did not feel a thing.

ErgoGenix Overall Objective

The program suggests that you start slow and build your way up to heavier weights, using either free weights or machines. Whether you work out with a partner or not, the overall objective is to do between ten and fifteen reps before muscle failure.

ErgoGenix holds an annual contest for people who want to show off their body transformation using their system; contest information can be found on their website.
