FiT Supplements

FiT sells various supplements that include aid for athletic performance, physiological factors, meal replacement, weight control, and aromatherapy. They offer several supplement choices within each of these categories.

Performance supplements available from FiT include Beta Accelerator for high intensity training, Performance Creatine Advanced Creatine as a creatine supplement, and Big Five Combo for multiple benefits. They also have CarboTrain Carbo Supreme for energy hydration and SupaGoo as an energy gel.

There are four supplements under FiT’s physiological category. Gluta Grow is used as an energy and GH releaser to prevent overtraining. You can also get Antilac MSM to help prevent cramps, Anabolic GH to help oxygenate your tissues and speed injury recovery, and Mind Assist, which helps to improve your concentration.

FiT offers several meal replacement options, including Metab-Elite 40 Dura Train for post exercise recovery, Protein X-Act for pure protein, and Mass-O-Mizer for a rapid muscle gainer. You also have three options for actual meal replacements: Metab-Elite 40, Metab-Elite 60, and Slim-Elite.

FiT also makes weight control supplements. Slim-Elite is available for a light meal replacement and Citri-Lean is a fat burner and energy booster.

While many supplement companies do not sell aromatherapy supplements, FiT sells Sports Shield for a pre exercise muscle rub and Intense Cream as a post exercise muscle rub. Both of these creams are intended to quicken your recovery time.

FiT Clothing and Accessories

Louis Garneau is a brand from FiT that sells shoes, gloves, helmets, and clothing. Having the right accessories can help your workout be more beneficial and safer.

You can get a variety of road shoes, mountain bike shoes, and triathlon shoes. There are also half finger gloves, full finger gloves, and winter gloves. Helmets include road helmets, mountain bike helmets, and triathlon helmets.

For clothing, FiT Louis Garneau offers shoe covers and socks, windproof jackets, winter jackets, bib shorts, and warmers for arms and legs. They also have a wheel bag for triathlons.

Custom clothing is available in different styles. Choose from European made jerseys, jackets, vests, bibs, cycling shorts, tights, knickers, and sublimation accessories.

FiT Athletic Sponsorship

FiT is sponsored by several athletes from different sports, including canoeing, mountain biking, off road racing, road cycling, and super bikes. These athletes use FiT supplements and attest to their effectiveness.

Shaun Rubenstein is a junior canoeist who has been using FiT supplements since 2004. His achievements include multiple Marathon Champs awards, with the most recent win being third place at the K1 Dusi Marathon in 2009.

Michael Mbanjwa is also a competitive canoeist who sponsors FiT. His most recent achievement is taking second place at the 2009 K1 Dusi Marathon.

They compete in various off road championships, including the Western Cape 400, the Eastern Cape 400, the Sugarbelt 400, the Desert 1000, the Polokwane 400, Sun City 400, Lyndenburg 400, and Gauteng 400.

Road cycling FiT sponsors are the Bizhub Ladies Cycling Team, Neville Cragg, and the Toyota Super Cycling Elite & Academy. Some previous sponsors are the HSBC Elite Cycling Team and Hi-Q Super Cycling Team.
