fitlosophy fitbook

fitlosophy sells two main products, fitbook and fitbook junior (yes, all product names are lowercase). fitbook is designed for adults so that you can define your weight loss or fitness goals and keep them with you at all times.

A fitbook offers you a 12 week system for you to track your progress through journaling. When you open up the book it defines the three sections for you, which are:

  • Have a game plan
  • Track your progress
  • Reach your goals

The next page is the stats page. You fill in the start date and your target end date, your weight, percentage of body fat and then you have several lines for other stats you want to record, such as the inches around your waist or your biceps.

The next section will give you a place to establish your 12-week goals for your workout, nutrition and any other goals you might have, such as beating your sister at weight loss.

The next page is about writing down what you have done each day. You start by scheduling a plan for the day and then marking whether or not you met your day’s goals. This part of the journal is set up for Monday through Sunday.

You will also be able to make a weekly workout plan https://www.exercise.com/workout-plans, such as working out your chest, arms and legs on day one, abs on day two, shoulders on day three and so on. At the end of every week you record your stats again and compare them to the original stats to see your progress.

There are also sections for strength training, cardio and flexibility training. You have room for notes so that you can make comments about what is working, what was too hard, and what was too easy.

Of course, no fitness book would be complete without a food section. You can use your daily food log to keep track of what you are eating and when. You can be specific about your fat and calories or just talk about the nutrition part, the choice is yours.

fitlosophy fitbook junior

The fitbook junior is set up in the same fashion as the fitbook for adults. However, the colors used are brighter and there is a bigger focus on rewards and less of a focus on calorie counting.

Kids have different needs than adults, so the fitbook junior focuses on community and family involvement and staying fit through fun activities such as playing soccer, swimming and more.

If you are a teacher, you can purchase a fitbook junior teacher’s kit usb drive. This product is designed to help a teacher help kids do their fitbook junior and learn about being healthy.

fitlosophy does sell some other products that contain the fitlosophy logo. You can purchase pens, tape measures, tank tops and tee shirts.
