Iceman Rx Ingredients

The ingredients of Iceman Rx are as follows: isomyosin, avena sativa, beta-alanine, chastetree, caffeine, D-ribose, epimedium, eurycoma longfolia, magnesium aspartate, pyridoxine, tribulus terretris, and zinc  methionine (pre-workout formula); isoneine, creatine, glutamine, lysine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine, threonine, trace minerals, and valine (post-workout formula).

Ingredients are listed because critics of the supplement claim it contains nothing substantial to support it as being the ultimate supplement for energy boosting and recovery. The only agreement of any benefit appears to be creatine, but even that is the subject of much debate.

At the end of the day critics claim that Iceman Rx is nothing but a UFC fighter trying to make a few bucks in the supplement business.Whether or not this is true is ultimately the domain of individual users.

What can be said is that the two main ingredients, isomyosin and isoneine, are pretty lacking in terms of available information. An Internet search on both of these substances doesn't yield any helpful information in terms of their efficacy as pre and post-workout supplements. As for the rest of the ingredients, they appear to be merely filler.

Iceman Rx Pricing

The only way to purchase the Iceman Rx supplement is through a limited number of online suppliers such as a bodybuilding.com. That said, one of the sites listed the price as being $78.99.

Used once per day in a complete cycle, a single package of Iceman Rx would last a mere 45 days. Broken down it amounts to $1.75 per day. This price may or may not be suitable depending on your preferences and workout routine. One thing for certain is the fact that the supplement is not worth anything, at any price, if it doesn't live up to claims.

It appears that Mr. Lidell does not offer any free samples or money back guarantee for his product. Consumers may be able to get some sort of guarantee or refund policy from individual retailers, but expect nothing from the company itself. Furthermore, shipping charges will vary from one distributor the next and will often be affected by quantity and any other supplements purchased at the same time.

Iceman Rx Marketing

Iceman Rx is one of those rare supplement entities that does virtually no marketing. The only known web presence for the product is Mr. Lidell's MySpace page, yet even there the information about this supplement is scant.

On a whim, this reviewer typed in a web address found on the MySpace page which redirected my browser to a new page currently under construction. Unfortunately, according to Internet records the page has been under construction for more than two years with nothing to show for it.

It appears that Iceman Rx is marketed directly to distributors like bodybuilding.com. There seems to be no attempt to reach individual consumers in any way other than Mr. Lidell's personal promotion at fighting events.

There is no company website, very few customer reviews, and no endorsements from other well-known fighters or celebrities. In short, the only reason this reviewer even heard about Iceman Rx is from listing found on another comprehensive review site.

Iceman Rx Recommendations

There are dozens of other nutritional supplements aimed at increasing performance and recovery time for extreme athletes. Many of these products have undergone at least some sort of testing and many have good customer reviews and feedback.

It would seem that until Iceman Rx can gain a lot more feedback and reputation in the industry, fighters and bodybuilders would be wise to choose one of these other products.

Finally, this reviewer is always skeptical about company which either makes no effort to get its name out there or seems to purposely hide information about itself. It's not clear why Iceman Rx has no public web presence, but the fact that this is so should raise concerns.

At the end of the day the product may do exactly what it claims, but then again it may not. Perhaps customer money is better spent elsewhere for the time being.  To find out, use the supplement finder to compare Iceman Rx to similar products now!
