Inner Armour Product ScienceLike most supplement companies, Inner Armour claims that they only use ingredients that have been studied extensively. What they don’t say is that they haven’t conducted any studies themselves. Inner Armour does not cite any external studies that show the benefits of the ingredients that they use. While this doesn’t mean that Inner Armour supplements are ineffective, it is difficult to determine whether or not they really work. It’s reassuring that Inner Armour provides their products to the athletes at the Parisi Speed School, which endorses Inner Armour supplements enthusiastically. However, having athletes use their products is not the same as conducting a scientific study in a controlled environment. It would be good to consider some of the positive comments made by the athletes that use these products when making your decision about whether or not to buy Inner Armour supplements. Inner Armour does not supply any empirical proof that these supplements actually work.
