Kemistry’s Supplement ProductsThere are three remaining products that are offered through Kemistry Labs, Inc. The first one is Leukix which is an enhanced leucine amino acid formula. Leukix claims to increase muscle size by activating signals in your body that are responsible for growing muscles. Once, activated, these signals will begin building muscles. While steroids do this as well, they do it while increasing the level of hormones in the body, Leukix activates the signals without changing the hormonal balance in your body. The recommended dosage is up to six tablets taken one to two times daily, but dosage should start small and slowly increase. The second product offered by Kemistry is Gakix which is very similar to Leukix. It is an amino acid formula that simply uses another type or amino acid to provide similar results. Gakix is a less intense version of Leukix which also claims to increase muscle size through stimulating muscle growth. Though the dosage is 8 tablets instead of 6, the amount of supplementation and potency is still lower than Leukix. The last product offered by Kemistry is ProCore Advance, is a powder form of buckwheat protein. Buckwheat is a new idea in the bodybuilding community. Buckwheat protein is similar to whey protein but it tastes better and is more soluble. The way in which ProCore Advance increases the protein levels in your body has not been researched much on humans so many bodybuilders are hesitant to use it. Kemistry’s Discontinued ProductOnce the bread and butter product produced by Kemistry, Stone Dragon used to account for over 70% of Kemistry‘s sales. It has now been discontinued. The first concern with Stone Dragon was how it was tested. Kemistry put ads on bodybuilding websites and blogs looking for testers of their product. Though this in and of itself is not a negative practice, in fact it is quite common, there were no controls in the testing. Testers were mailed Stone Dragon, asked to provide their personal results, and were compensated for their participation. The results were then promoted as scientific. Another concern to those in the body building and supplement industries were pretty amazing claims made by Kemistry about Stone Dragon. Stone Dragon claimed to be super insulogenic (increasing natural insulin), super anti-catabolic (slowing down the breakdown of proteins), superior in vascularity (increased blood flow), and able to produce acute mental focus. Many supplements do one or more of these things. The criticism came with Stone Dragon’s claim to be superior in all these areas. When compared with other products, Stone Dragon did not have increased ingredients that would make its results superior. Kemistry Product AvailabilityThe main concern with Kemistry is the lack of customer support and connection. Kemistry does not have its own website but relies on supplement discount stores and independent websites to sell their products. There are no guarantees, no refunds if the product does not work the way a customer thought it would, and no way to ask direct questions of Kemistry. Also, because Kemistry is sold by distributors, it tends to be priced higher than comparable supplements. The lack of an independent website does not allow the company to offer customer loyalty discounts or multiple supplement purchase discounts. The supplement and nutrition industry is very competitive with several companies selling products with the same claims. Losing customers because products and product information is difficult to find doesn’t make sense.
