New York Strength & Conditioning Industries Expansion

New York Strength & Conditioning Industries has worked with many well known actors, singers and models, but these aren’t their only clientele. If you can afford their services, you can use their services.

Currently, Gregg Miele is working towards opening another division of his business called Industrious Apparel. While he doesn’t really specify what will be sold here, you can probably correctly assume that they will sell Self Discipline workout apparel.

New York Strength & Conditioning Industries Philosophy

Gregg has a philosophy that he garners from the story of a man who throws starfish into the sea. The man throws back one starfish at a time knowing that he can’t save them all but understanding that he is making a difference for the ones that he can save.

Gregg thinks that everyone should be like that, instead of looking at all of the mess in the world, we should all focus on the things we can do.

New York Strength & Conditioning Industries Services

Gregg Miele is the only personal trainer with his company. He is currently thought of as a personal trainer for the stars. Miele’s specialty is working with people who have a looming deadline where they need to get into shape quickly.

The personal training process begins with Miele assessing the needs of the clients. This includes learning their goals, what their deadline is and what their trouble areas are.

Gregg works with his clients as needed. He offers unlimited training until his client’s goal is met; this includes 24 hour services and support as needed. In fact, Gregg has toured with musicians, actors and models so that he can provide his services while they are on the road.

In addition to these personal training services, Gregg also helps his clients create a nutrition plan for the duration of the training, which can include meals that work for a tour bus, hotel stays, the home, studio and more.

Once Gregg has a client, he is committed to that client full time, which means that the average person isn’t likely to be able to utilize, or even afford, his services. When he was under the umbrella of New York Strength & Conditioning Industries, he worked with several personal trainers; he is now flying solo.

New York Strength & Conditioning Industries Promotes Personal Fitness

Many of you may be wondering what is the point of a personal trainer that only helps the elite? Gregg Miele has an answer for that one, and it isn’t bad.

Miele believes that by helping people who influence others, those others will be motivated to help themselves so that they can achieve a better level of personal fitness themselves.

Gregg isn’t about promoting weight and size, he is about promoting health. Of course, he wants to make some money doing it too. That is the goal of any personal trainer.

New York Strength & Conditioning Industries Clients

As mentioned above, Gregg Miele has a pretty exclusive client list. He has worked with some of the top names in a variety of artistic disciplines from sports to actors, singers to models and politicians to the just plain wealthy.

Some of the clients that have worked with Gregg Miele through New York Strength & Conditioning Industries and through the Self Discipline Band are:

  • Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter
  • Manon Vongerkan
  • Reggie Bush
  • Calvin Klein
  • Gisele Bundchen
  • Justin Fargas
  • Mary J. Blige
  • Beyonce Knowles
  • Nichole Riche
  • Keyshia Cole

While these are just a handful of the people that Gregg has worked with, it should give you an idea of the caliber of client that he works with. Miele is recognized by many magazines and fashion designers as the personal trainer to hire if one of their models needs to get into shape quickly for a shoot or an event.

Mike Boyle, a strength and conditioning coach known worldwide, gives his clients Gregg Miele’s bracelets.  These bracelets are the only products currently sold on SelfDicipline.com. Boyle recognizes Gregg as an expert in his field and a man with a vision and passion.

New York Strength & Conditioning Industries and Ordinary People

As you have already seen, the everyday person isn’t going to be able to afford or use the services offered by Gregg Miele. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t learn from his philosophy.

While Gregg doesn’t offer his industry secrets on his website, he does write a blog that acts as an inspiration for many people. His focus is to get others to understand that their self control lies with themselves.

In addition, Miele is trying to teach others that self discipline is just that, self discipline. While a personal trainer can give you the tools that you need to be successful with your fitness goals, it is up to you to utilize those tools and make them a part of your life.

You may never have to get fit on a deadline like many of Gregg’s clients, but you can still use Gregg’s lessons to make a change in your life. Finding a personal trainer that you can afford locally is easily possible.

A local personal trainer may not be a Gregg Miele, but they can still help you to reach your fitness goals quickly and safely. To get your own workout plan designed for you by a personal trainer right now, click here!
