OAC Products

OAC produces 10 different supplements for a variety of needs, including two which are essentially the same product but tailored individually for men and women. Both of these products are multivitamins to be taken three times daily with meals.

Their product list also includes a whey protein powder in five different flavors, a fish oil supplement, and a product which ostensibly helps detoxify and protect your liver. Specific information on each of these products is extremely limited on the company website.

OAC Product Pricing

Pricing for OAC products is reasonable in most cases, including their V-men multivitamin. This product sells for about $20 for a 90-count bottle., and should last 30 days if taken according to the instructions. For a multivitamin product in this industry, that's not a bad price.

You can still buy less expensive multivitamins at your grocery store or pharmacy, that they may not be as potent as this one is. Similar pricing can be found on all of the company supplements.

OAC  Availability

OAC does not directly sell supplements from its own website. Instead, consumers can find products at a variety of online retailers located throughout Canada.

The availability of OAC supplements in the United States could not be determined; research did not turn up any online or local retailers that carry them. This doesn't mean they're not available in this country, just that they might be more difficult to find. You might try one of the more popular supplement websites where you would normally buy such products.

Even among Canadian retailers, the supply of OAC nutritional supplements appears to also be somewhat limited. Whereas some of this company's competitors are all over the Internet in hundreds of locations, OAC seems to be limited to just a handful.

This could be due to the small size of the company, or perhaps that there isn't enough market demand for their products be carried nationwide. Regardless, if you're interested in trying OAC's supplements you'll have to put in the time and effort to look for them.

OAC Marketing and Website

The reality of today's business means that a website is one of a company's a major marketing tools. With that in mind, it is surprising that OAC hasn't put more effort or time into theirs.

A copyright notice at the bottom of the page is dated 2009, yet several of the site sections are still completely empty. The sections that do have content are very limited in scope.

Furthermore, each individual product page contains a link which users can click for nutritional information. Unfortunately, all of those links are dead.

As far as the descriptions themselves are concerned, they are rather detailed for a couple of the products and limited to one or two lines for most of the others. There seems to be no continuity in presentation or information, leading one to believe this website has not been updated in quite some time.

In fairness, what the company does have is a visually attractive and fast-loading. It is surprisingly absent of high-powered marketing tools like flash banners, pictures of muscle bound men  and women, and testimonial after testimonial.

Navigation is extremely simple across the entire site. It's too bad OAC has not invested more time in developing their site beyond what it now is.

OAC Final Thoughts

As a nutritional supplement maker, OAC may very well be a legitimate company. However, there is sufficient reason for speculation in that it is so difficult to find any useful information about them.

If they were more forthcoming about who and what they are, and if they presented more useful information about their products, this might not be the case. As with any nutritional supplement, always be sure you know what you're taking before you take it.
