ProCard Nutrition Founder

ProCard Nutrition was started by Chris Aceto, who has been involved with bodybuilding training and nutrition for more than 25 years. Chris Aceto was in first in his class at the Bodybuilding Championships at Maine State when he was only eighteen.

Chris Aceto’s major in college was Applied Exercise Science. While attending college, Chris Aceto  instructed at the Bodybuilding Fitness camps for three summers, which is a position that is highly sought after. 

After his employment at the Fitness Camps, Chris opened a nutrition consultancy in Gold’s Gym, where some celebrities and top bodybuilders became his clients. Chris Aceto then was offered a job by Muscular Development to write a monthly column. He also gave seminars for Twin Labs about their sport supplements.

From 1994 to 2009, Chris Aceto became a part of Flex and Muscle & Fitness as the lead contributing writer. He became an expert in simplifying the training and nutrition of bodybuilding.

As a result of this expertise, Chris Aceto became a consultant for other supplement companies by helping in the research and development departments. He also is the author of multiple books about muscle building, fat burning, Championship Bodybuilding, supplementation, and Understanding Bodybuilding Training and Nutrition.

With all of his expertise and background in bodybuilding, Chris decided to start his own supplementation company, called ProCard Nutrition. Along with his successful company, Chris Aceto continues to advise top bodybuilders and help them place in the three top spots of every professional bodybuilding show.
