Muscle Marinade is one of Purus Labs’ more popular and highly rated products. It is designed as a pre-workout formula to be consumed just before working out.

Muscle Marinade increases endurance, improves recovery time, and increases post exercise protein synthesis which helps when trying to build lean muscle.

Purus Labs Halovar InSLINsified

Purus Labs Halovar is designed to help the body metabolize carbohydrates and maintain normalized blood insulin levels through increases in hormone levels. In doing so muscle growth is optimized.  

This is an anabolic product that should not be consumed in higher doses than specified and should be stacked with other products to counter negative effects on the liver and other organs.

Slinshot is Purus Labs’ newest product. It is designed to help optimize blood glucose levels for athletes. It is also marketed to those who have been diagnosed with diabetes or who are considered pre-diabetic.

Fat Smack is designed to promote weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. It contains a blend of ingredients including green tea and caffeine, which also helps to provide you with an energy boost.

Purus Labs – Research

Purus Labs claims that former athletes and scientists work hand in hand to develop products that meet the needs of work out enthusiasts and are based on solid research.  Unlike many similar companies they do list the results of several studies on their website.

Purus Labs and Consumer Reviews

Consumer reviews for the products made by Purus Labs reveal mostly satisfied customers. Some products have almost all positive reviews while others are more mixed.

Fat Smack receives very high ratings for some that state the product had the desired results, which were helping them to lose weight without negative side effects like caffeine jitters or a crash. Others claim the product did not have side effects but also did not help with weight loss.

Muscle Marinade is another commonly reviewed product. It receives overall very positive reviews although most reviewers are honest about some side effects.

Muscle Marinade provides energy and intense workout performance for most people. Therefore, it does what it claims.

On the other hand, reviewers stated that Muscle Marinade has the side effects of making you extremely thirsty, causing some bowel issues, causing you to sweat profusely. It can cause a major crash once it wears off.

Purus Labs Website Information

Purus Labs has a website with information about each of its products. It contains a summary of each supplement, lists the ingredients, and shows the research, including graphs, which drove the development of each supplement.

This is something seen from very few supplement companies. The Purus Labs website also had a form for use to contact customer service for questions, comments, or support.

The website had very little information about Purus Labs itself. Basic facts such as when the company was founded, who is the current president, and the company’s return policies were all surprisingly absent from the website.

The website seems to serve as an advertisement for Purus Labs products. This was also true of the company’s pages on the social network sites, Facebook and My Space.

One link on the website that seemed out of place contained various poems. They seemed to be meant to motivate consumers to get in shape, but Purus Labs could have done without this section an instead opted to provide potential customers with more useful information.
