 Xero Limits H.U.G.E.

H.U.G.E. stands for Human Underground Growth Experiment and is a confidential project that Xero Limits started. This project focused on building muscle mass and finding the answer to why some people can’t gain as much weight as they would like, even though they are working out intensely and eating a lot.

The H.U.G.E. project studied mass gaining and anabolic growth and found that in order to get bigger you have to eat more. It is a simple concept but a true one.

One of the spokespersons for Xero Limits, Rodney Roller, became a part of the H.U.G.E. project. Even though Rodney Roller was extremely strong and a very popular body builder, no matter how hard he trained he was never able to get about 250 pounds.
