Increased blood flow and oxygen have been scientifically proven to help muscles recover faster after a workout, grow stronger, and build endurance. If Zensah's garments really do what they claim, it is no wonder so many athletes use them religiously.

In addition to leg sleeves, the company also sells many other products. For men they have compression socks, arm sleeves, several styles of shirts, shorts, capris, tights, and even skull cap beanie.

Their women's line contains all the same items plus compression tank tops and sports bras. Finally, they also have an accessories category with things like water bottles, sports belts, hand massagers, and sports tape.

One of the nice things about Zensah clothing is that it is very laid back and neutral in its styling. Plain colors, very little detailing, and very small logos results in a product you probably wouldn't known was made by Zensah unless you got a close look.

The company ships worldwide and accepts most major credit cards as well as PayPal. The shopping cart application is fairly simple to use and can be completed within a matter of minutes.

UPS is their preferred shipper, though it's not clear who they use for overseas customers.

Your second option is to visit a retail location somewhere in your local area. The Zensah website does have a store locator tool which works by simply entering your zip code.

Using the zip code of a typical mid-sized American city we were presented with only one local location. The Zensah website lists quite a few retailers such as City Sports, Foot Smarts, and The Shoe Mart.

Your third option is to look for online retailers who also carry the products. Zensah is such a well known name in sports apparel that you shouldn't have any trouble finding an online retailer. You might check sites like Amazon.com, bodybuilding.com, and others.

Where pricing is concerned you'll probably find Zensah products pretty reasonable. Their apparel certainly is not as cheap as your everyday street clothes, but for compression garments they are fairly inexpensive.

For example, the leg sleeves for men run at about $30 per pair; sports bras for women are about $32. These prices were taken directly from the Zensah website, so be prepared for slightly different prices that other outlets.
