Roll Up

Flatten your midsection with this challenging precision move that engages your entire core

  • Step 1

    Roll Up - Pilates Exercise - Step 1

    Begin on your back with your legs flat on the floor and your arms extended straight back above your head shoulder-width apart.

  • Step 2

    Roll Up - Pilates Exercise - Step 2

    Slowly extend your arms directly above your head, then forward while moving your head forward and sitting up.

  • Step 3

    Roll Up - Pilates Exercise - Step 3

    As you come up, keep your spine in a C curve and extend your arms forward. Slowly return to your starting position and repeat.
