plank pull is a calisthenics, free weights, and total body exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the hip flexors, lats, lower back, obliques and shoulders.

The only plank pull equipment that you really need is the following: dumbbells. There are however many different plank pull variations that you can try out that may require different types of plank pull equipment or may even require no equipment at all.
