    I can’t find the plank pool video - and in the workout routine there is nothing for pool planks! Any help will be helpful. I seen it done exactly like if you where on land but your hands are on a noodle in the water and I’ve seen where your body is angled more like 46degrees standing underwater, which is right? Thanks
