The only swiss ball push-up equipment that you really need is the following: fitness ball. There are however many different swiss ball push-up variations that you can try out that may require different types of swiss ball push-up equipment or may even require no equipment at all.

  2. Make sure your body is straight throughout the entire exercise.
  3. Try and complete as many push-ups in good form as quickly as possible.

Variations

  1. Adjust the width of your hand positions to target different areas of the chest.
  2. For a more advanced variation, place your feet on a Swiss ball along with your hands. This will really challenge your stabilizer muscles and target your core.
  3. Place hands on the ground and rest your feet on a Swiss ball while performing a decline push-up.
