The only swiss ball push-up equipment that you really need is the following: fitness ball. There are however many different swiss ball push-up variations that you can try out that may require different types of swiss ball push-up equipment or may even require no equipment at all.

  3. Place hands on the ground and rest your feet on a Swiss ball while performing a decline push-up.
