t-bar row is a free weights exercise that primarily targets the middle back and to a lesser degree also targets the lats, lower back, shoulders, traps and biceps.

The only t-bar row equipment that you really need is the following: barbell and t-bar row. There are however many different t-bar row variations that you can try out that may require different types of t-bar row equipment or may even require no equipment at all.
