Training should be a fun and interesting process whereby you improve your Strength, Mobility and Endurance while stripping away old injuries and movement compensations. It's a time for working on yourself so that you can live a bigger and better life. We draw from a variety of methods and systems to create well rounded and holistic training plans.
As owner and Coach at Wild Geese Fitness Training I'm busy working with a wide array of people. My gym was originally set up to provide Fitness training for our competitive martial artists, but we soon grew into providing Kettlebell Fitness classes publicly as well as bespoke training for a variety of contact and extreme sport athletes. Since adding Anatomy in Motion, a style of movement therapy, to our already high quality training, we now have the ability to provide high performance rehabilitation, which with our clientèle is a massive boon. We currently train people who are National, European and International prize winners in: Kyokushin Karate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu WEKAF Enduro Mountain Biking Kettlebell Sports Accountants, IT Staff, Brickies and anyone else that comes in.
