The Fit Thrive App.


Most of our programs are run through our handy dandy Fit Thrive App. This is accessible via smartphone and can be downloaded in the Google Play Store or iTunes Store.

We are still figuring out how to teleport into your tablet, so for now we have to stick to invading your life via your phone. You can download the app for Android here or iPhone here.

Once you download the app your workouts will be right at your very fingertips. Pretty rad, we think.

We partnered with Exercise.com and they did a sweet-sweet job of building a user education library, so everything you could ever want to know about using the app is available here.

If you’re not an app fan, we also provide you a sexy eBook with all the information you need to get by. The only thing you’re missing out on is tracking and scheduling (we think that’s worth having, but to each their own).

60 Days To An Epic Ass Guide.


Our design extraordinaire Maleah handcrafted this beautiful eBook that is loaded with tantalizing tidbits that will entice you to show up every day and kick ass. Don’t skip it.

You can download it to your smartphone and save it in iBooks or Google books or keep it on your desktop. We recommend both so you have it on hand when you’re in the gym. Read this before diving into your workouts as it guides toward the right structure and helps you up your mental game before taking on these workouts—which are likely a lot different than what you’ve been doing.

But you will love them.

Private Facebook Group.

This is where all the good stuff happens. We encourage you to introduce yourself, why you’re here, what program you came from, and what you want to accomplish. Cute pet and kiddo photos are encouraged.

If you aren’t big on social media or prefer anonymity, we totally get that and recommend setting up a dummy account. You can use an alias and don’t have to post photos if you don’t want to. NOTE: please email us at [email protected] if you do use an alias so we can let you in. We verify all members via the email address, so if you use a different one also let us know.

At Fit Thrive respect is the name of the game. We run our Facebook groups under the pretense that we are all compassionate, nurturing human beings who deeply care for each other. You will pick up on the vibe right away: one that feels like we are all sitting poolside sipping cool drinks and chatting like old friends.

We encourage you to open up, share your successes and doubts, share your progress, and ask any question weighing on your mind. No question is too small. And it also helps us cater to your needs as much as we can. No single journey is the same when it comes to fitness. Kellie is your coach in this group. We are back at it again! I am super excited that you chose to continue your journey of being an EPIC beast with me. By the end of phase 3 we will have spent a year together in this workout system. That's incredible. Your dedication inspires me every day to learn and grow as a coach. I thank you for your generosity of time and commitment.

This program focuses a lot on overhead mobility and, as always, I've added some brand new exercises you haven't seen before. I hope you love it as much as I do.

Be sure to read the guide as it explains the formatting. I've added back in a lot of quick walk through tutorials as it seems many of you missed those in EA2. I'm constantly listening to you as it helps me know what is most effective for your goals. These are short, 1 minute or so videos. I do have a couple that are extra long, but for the most part they are quick, easy to follow, and good for the soul.

Well, shower me in confetti and put on a bow…

… because it is such a treat to have you here!

The 4 Week Strong and Lean CORE Challenge is gonna knock off your socks (but it’s okay, who needs socks anyway?).

Here’s the whole enchilada: No More enchiladas…

… for the next four weeks. And that’s it!

I kid. Not about the enchiladas, but we have a lot to cover.

First: We start September 3rd at 8A EST sharp. That’s when you will receive your first email with the key to the gate. You don’t have to work out at the exact time. But you will have access to your workouts starting that day- which means ya can dig right in!

Registration is happening up until September 3rd, so tell all your friends to join (so you can show them up).

Nothing wrong with a little friendly-sisterly-love.

All of your workouts will be delivered through the Fit Thrive App. You can download the app to your phone or access it through your computer. This should have been set up when you registered.

Your workouts are scheduled 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri). You can work out ANY day during the week. If you miss a day or need to skip ahead, it’s easy to do in the app.

I’ll have some walk-through videos to help you get acquainted.

You will get 4 workouts per week that are core and glutes focused. Okay, so your glutes are part of your core- but it’s easier to call them two different things.

These workouts are quick circuit-style jams that will leave you panting and sweating with the best of them. Don’t let the simplicity fool you. They are mostly bands and bodyweight- with some weighted stuff sprinkled in. You can also do the weighted stuff without weights. No need to buy weights if you don’t have them.

Anyhoooo… they will kick your butt! You’ll love it!

I recommend purchasing some good bands (because after this they will be your best gym buds).

In addition to these workouts, feel free to add in extra cardio. Walking, jogging, skipping rope, and biking are all great option. If fat loss if your goal, then I’d aim for an extra 1-2 hrs. of cardio per week (if it fits your schedule). It can be quick ten-minute sessions, an hour walk with the pup or whatever floats your goat.

I’ve also attached my Superwoman Grocery List to this email. This is where the LEAN part of the challenge really kicks into gear. These are foods that my nutrition coach gives me when I need to hit the reset button (and he knows his stuff). Remember, it’s only 4 weeks—so really crush it!

As the challenge gets closer I will send out another email reminding you of the start date with some ways to ease into the routine.

I’m a big tipper, so here are a few more:
  • Focus, focus, focus. Turn off the distractions and prioritize your health.
  • This means no staying up late binging Netflix or Instagram Stories.
  • This means going to bed at a decent hour (life permitting) and getting your zzzz’s.
  • This means taking care of your body and soul. No self-deprecating talk. No beating yourself up or pushing yourself super hard to the point of total exhaustion. Be kind to you.
  • Know that I am your biggest cheerleader, so communication is key. If you have questions, feel stuck, or need a boost—reach out.
  • And finally: Be kind to you. I know I said that already. But do it.
