Matt Rossignol played professional baseball for three years and learned many valuable lessons about athletic development as a professional athlete. He has taken his passion for elite level sports performance and transferred it into the coaching arena. He currently owns and operates Rossy’s Training where he trains athletes and general fitness enthusiasts. Matt is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist . He also holds a Sports Performance Certification through (USAW).
