Each workout is set up in a consistent structure, so you can be sure that you’re getting the most out of your workouts every time! Mike starts each workout with a thorough warm-up using his signature Lunge Matrix and power work.
Following the warm-up, the workouts alternate daily between high-intensity conditioning and cardiac output work.
