Today’s User Story is about someone who didn’t get to where he is today by just going to the gym when he felt like it and having more “cheat” days than healthy days every week.

User Eddie_F has achieved one of the most amazing weight loss results we’ve seen so far on Exercise.com!

He lost 124 pounds and went from a 3X shirt size to a small! It’s stories like this that get us fired up, and we hope it motivates you to keep working hard too! (Or start working hard, if you haven’t taken that step yet!!!)

Meet User Eddie_F:

I am 41 years old and the father of two wonderful girls. I didn’t realize how bad it had gotten until I got a wake-up call when my doctor said that my blood pressure was high.

Being from North Carolina, all I ate was fried southern food, and it took its toll on me. At my heaviest, I weighed 289 pounds! After I moved to Tennessee in December of 2011, I slowly would lose and gain weight.

I decided one day that I was sick of being so out of shape, and I wanted to re-evaluate my life. With the help of Kodjo Hounnake and his workout plan, I began losing weight!

He introduced me to Exercise.com, and after six months of hard work and the plans that are available on Exercise.com, I have lost 124 pounds and gone from a 3X shirt to a small, 46×32 jeans to 30×32 jeans!!!

With the support of my family, Kodjo, and Exercise.com, I have completely transformed my body both physically and emotionally.

I have also started cycling, and in the two months since I’ve started, I went from riding two exhausting miles to now riding 50+ miles two times a week! I work out one to two hours a day, three times a week, and change it up every three weeks.

What is your least favorite way to exercise?

My least favorite way to exercise is running (due to ankle surgery).

What is your favorite post-workout meal?

My favorite post-workout meal is a protein fruit smoothie and grilled chicken with red peppers, onions, spinach, and wild rice.

What is your favorite non-healthy food?

My favorite non-healthy food is pizza, but I’ve learned that Papa John’s offers a whole wheat crust.

You can also special order it with either light or no cheese and plenty of healthy veggies and grilled chicken!

What’s the best fitness advice you’ve been given?

The best advice I’ve been given is from Exercise.com, and all the friends I’ve made through it.

What is an interesting fact about yourself to remember you by?

An interesting fact about me is that I’m a heavily tattooed guy who loves love, has a great personality and a dog named Otis!
