Why Purchase

This is the first phase of a multi-part program to develop a lean, sculpted, and strong body. The goal of this program is to increase your aesthetics while still focusing on athleticism. It's great to look good, but it's even better to feel and move as great as you look.

This phase is designed for those who are new to exercise or who have taken a long break since their last bout of regular activity. It is focused around development of your deep core musculature, strength and stability through your hips and shoulders, as well as building an aerobic base and burning calories. The result is the development of a great foundation for future health and fitness as well as the body you dream of.

If you have been working out and lifting weights consistently for over 3 months, and have made continuous progress, this phase is not for you. If this is you, please consider one of the later phases of my Lean and Sculpted programs.
