Notes for Week 1, Day 1

The body weight squat can be done with a medicine ball to increase the difficulty. All the medicine ball exercises can be done with or without a medicine ball based on your level of physical fitness. This workout is meant to be done 2-3 times a week. It can be done almost anywhere and only requires a pair of dumbbells and a medicine ball.

Workouts in this Kim Kardashian exercise routine include dumbbell side lunge and touch, wide squats and Russian twists with a medicine ball, standing medicine ball torso rotations, medicine ball push ups, skater’s lunge with kickbacks, and squat, curl, and shoulder presses. This type of Kim Kardashian workout plan is recommended for three days a week for a total of thirty days and is at an intermediate difficulty level.

Take a Fitness Test

Before working out, make sure to test your level of physical fitness. If the dumbbells are too heavy for the exercises being completed, try the medicine ball instead and work up to the dumbbells over time. If you can't do the superset as it is written, do a modified version the first few days and slowly work up to doing more as your strength and fitness increases.

The workout plan includes: dumbbell side lunge and touch, knee press-out body-weight squat, standing medicine ball torso rotation, single-arm medicine ball push-up, medicine ball russian twist, and dumbbell rear lunge. This specific Kim Kardashian workout plan works your quads, obliques, chest, glutes, and calves. Two other regimens in this routine include jumping rope for two minutes and running on a treadmill for twelve. These will help with your cardio and get your metabolism up to burn fat.

Focus on the Diet

The Kim Kardashian weight loss plan includes a macrobiotic diet, with foods such as tofu, veggie burgers, soy cheese, and quinoa.     Awesome plan!!! It's very simple snd effective to do, in or out of a gym. I can see results after 1 week. The reason I gave four stars and not five is with all the lunges it can be very hard on your knees. Otherwise...Love it!

    I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. My butt is still round/plump (the way I want it) and I'm losing inches from my mid-section. Everything went according to plan ;-)
