While there, he trained a number of major league baseball players and focused on performance enhancement and prehab training. Prior to working at TMI, Clayton was the Assistant Director for Recreational Sports at the University of Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rowan University, and his MS in Exercise Science and MBA from the University of Florida.
