Notes for Week 1, Day 1

The "Plyometric Step-Up" should be performed 3 times (1 minute at time, for a total of 3 minutes) with 30 second rest time between the 3 sets.

All reps are noted in "per side" amounts, where applicable. For example, the first instance would be "Kettlebell Windmill" with 8 reps. This means perform 8 on your right side then 8 on your left side.
