Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers works on a point-based system. Each serving of food equals a certain number of points. The goal is to track your daily points instead of tracking calorie intake. An individual's current weight and ultimate weight goal both dictate how many points the individual is budgeted each day. The program stresses the importance of balanced nutrition, promotes low calorie and high fiber food choices and encourages regular physical activity. Weight Watchers offers both in-person and online support for members.
