Weight Watchers works on a point-based system. Each serving of food equals a certain number of points. The goal is to track your daily points instead of tracking calorie intake. An individual's current weight and ultimate weight goal both dictate how many points the individual is budgeted each day. The program stresses the importance of balanced nutrition, promotes low calorie and high fiber food choices and encourages regular physical activity. Weight Watchers offers both in-person and online support for members.

ive been on weight watchers for over a year. i lost 25 pounds pretty quickly but, since changing to the points plus, i have been yo-yoing and am pretty much still at that 25 pound loss: a year later!! hopefully PINK will change that!
