Glute Bridge

A core-toning power move strengthens the glutes and lower back.

  • Step 1

    Glute Bridge - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Begin on your back with your feet hip-width apart and near your buttocks.

  • Step 2

    Glute Bridge - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Press down on your heels while squeezing your glutes and bringing your hips up into a high bridge.

  • Step 3

    Glute Bridge - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Lower back down until your back gently touches the floor.
