  2. Slap your shoulder quickly and focus on keeping your shoulders square and core in place. Avoid lifting/rotating the shoulder of the hand that is slapping.
  3. Spread your feet apart a couple feet so that you can maintain a better balance when slapping your shoulder.

Variations

  1. Perform without the push-up portion. Simply slap your shoulder while maintaining the straight arm push-up position.
  2. Perform with a light weighted vest.
