I tried this for the first time the other day after a recommendation from John O and I really liked it. I think that the rolling motion at the end of the movement is fantastic for hitting more of the long head of the triceps (which doesn't often get worked that much with the popularity of triceps pushdowns etc). I definitely recommend giving the rolling triceps extension a try!
